Our Community Outreach programme is where we visit small business owners at their place of work across the whole of London.
Working alongside uniformed police officers, we provide practical support about how businesses can improve their cyber security. This includes step-by-step guidance on things like setting up two factor authentication, automatic updates and implementing a robust password policy. We also answer any questions they or their staff may have and make sure they know what to do and who to contact in the event that they fall victim to a cyber-crime or breach. Every business we visit gets a free police-endorsed information pack containing some really helpful hints and tips.
