Detective Chief Superintendent Andrew Gould is the National Cybercrime Programme Lead for National Police Chiefs’ Council responsible for developing the police response to cybercrime at the national, regional and local level.  This includes cybercrime units in every force and Regional Organised Crime Unit, cryptocurrencies and the Dark Web. Andrew is also a Global Cybercrime Expert for Interpol.
